Task 2:
Choose a project case study and select minimum 3 topics from the following list
then analyse and critically review to what extent the project management tools,
techniques and processes, covered in task 1, were effectively followed in your
selected project.

Under EACH selected topic:

- Provide brief and well referenced definition and relevant theoretical

concept to your selected topic.

- Apply the relevant theoretical concept in your analysis to identified issues

encountered in your project and Critical review how effectively these issues
were managed to find whether PM processes, tools, techniques were
followed, including ethical. legal and organisational factors. Reflect on what
was done well and why? What could have been done better? and how?
- (optional) Provide brief conclusion and recommendation for improvement.

Task 3
In relation to your chosen project, you should explain:
- Which factors contributed to effective management of your chosen project and
which factors were absent and/or need improvement?
- Make recommendations in the future for similar projects and industry or wider
sector?
- Have an introduction at the beginning of your assignment with detailed
selected project background AND Report’s aims and objectives.
- A conclusion at the end- bringing all together.
