Street Art Poster Project

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. You are going to choose a partner to work with.

Step 2. You are going to choose one of the following street artists:

Step 3. You are going to research and study the artist and his or her work, and write a short bio
about the artist, influences, works etc. (which you will present to the class when you present the
poster).

Step 4. You are going to create an original poster imitating the style (not copying a work by the
artist) and the topics the artist is interested in. The purpose of the poster is to pay tribute to the
artist not to plagiarize him or her. You must use a normal poster size.

Step 5. During class you will tell us about the artist, present your poster and describe how you are
paying tribute to him or her.
