Greetings in the name of peace! We are writing to inform you about the Division Orientation-Training
on the Administration and Utilization of the Learning Resource Portal, which we attended last October
17, 2023. The purpose of this training was to equip School Learning Resource (LR) Coordinators and
Assistant LR Coordinators with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage and promote
the use of the DepEd Learning Resource Portal among our teaching staff.

The training session was conducted under the expert guidance of Mr. Allen Cris Montillano, Project
Development Officer II at LRMDS. His extensive experience and insights in the field greatly
contributed to the overall success of the event.

One of the key takeaways from this training was the importance of encouraging our teachers to visit
the DepEd Learning Resource Portal and create their accounts. This portal serves as the official
source of all DepEd-developed and DepEd-approved teaching and learning resources. By utilizing this
platform, our educators will have access to a wealth of high-quality instructional materials, which can
significantly enhance their teaching methods and support our students' learning outcomes.

As the LR Coordinators of our school, we are committed to implementing the knowledge and skills
gained from the training to ensure that our teaching staff is well-informed about the DepEd Learning
Resource Portal. We will be actively involved in promoting its use and assisting our teachers in
creating their accounts.

It is our sincere belief that this initiative will greatly benefit our educational community by providing
us with a centralized and reliable resource for educational materials. We kindly request your support
and encouragement in disseminating information about the portal to our teaching staff and in
facilitating their engagement with this valuable tool. Thank you for your continued support of our
