 Project Documentation Preparation and Submission:

For Solar Power Plant first of all we require to do a Site Civil Survey According to it we can
calculate the Total Area Require for the Plant Installation as well as how-much Total Capacity
of the Plant can be Install at the site Location.

The preparation of the Documents will be as per the Points listed below.

1. Find Site Geometric Location (Coordinates) for the Details analysis with the Help of PV
Syst Software. PV Syst report will give us the approximate Power Generation Report
with Financial Calculation and Return of Investment (ROI) Calculation per annum.

2. After the Generation of PV Syst Report, we will proceed with the Overall Plant Layout
or General Arrangement layout.

3. Preparation Detail Single Line Diagram in respect of General Arrangement Layout of

Overall System.

4. Preparation String Formation and Inverter Distribution Layout in Parallel of Single Line
Diagram.

5. Earthing and Lighting Layout.

6. Selection and Sizing Calculation of Cables.

7. Select and Sizing Calculation Switch Gears / Circuit Breaker Calculation and Selection
with Respect to the Cable Selection and Inverter Selection.

8. Selection Select and Sizing Calculation of transformer.

9. Selection of HT Switch Gear and Protection System.

10. Design of Module Mounting Structure Layout.

11. Total Station Marking Layout.

12. Piling Layout.

13. Module Cleaning System Layout.

14. Final Bill of Material.
