NOTICE
Sub: Separate PG counselling session to be conducted to those candidates from
the East-central and from the states North of Bay of Bengal, who stand in the
merit list of PG counselling, 2024, and missed the counselling on 27, 28 May,
2024 in view of the cyclonic storm reports - Reg.

The University will conduct separate PG counselling sessions only to those

candidates from the East Central states and from the states North of Bay of Bengal, who
stand in the Merit list, and missed to attend the PG counselling on 27 & 28 May, 2024, in order
to avoid hardship to them in view of the cyclonic storms reported in those regions. The details
are given below.
PG Counselling
Scheduled for 27.05.2024
1) Arabic Language and Literature
2) German Language and Literature
3) Japanese Language and Literature Will be conducted on 03.06.2024
4) French Language and Literature
5) Hispanic Language and Literature
6) Russian Language and Literature
Scheduled for 28.05.2024
M.A English (Cafeteria) Will be conducted on 04.06.2024

However, those candidates, who are on the merit list, and missed to attend the PG
counselling on account of the stormy conditions shall state their inability to attend the
counselling through an email addressed only to cuetpgadmissions@efluniversity.ac.in by
11.00 am on or before 27.05.2024. Request/s sent by the candidates to other email ids of the
University will not be considered.
Please note that the PG counselling will be conducted as usual in terms of the
admission procedure on 27.05.2024 and 28.05.2024 to those candidates, who are on the merit
list from East Central states and states North of Bay of Bengal, and who have already arrived
here in Hyderabad for PG counselling.
No request/s from the candidates stating their inconvenience for the rescheduling of
the dates will be entertained by the University other than 03.06.2024 and 04.06.2024.
Failure to attend the counselling session on the rescheduled dates, i.e., 03.06.2024
and 04.06.2024 by the missed candidates will result in the automatic cancellation of the
admission, and due process will be initiated for the allotment of such seat to the next in order,
as per rules.
All the Rules and Regulations as laid down in the PG Prospectus 2024, for the
admission procedure remain the same.
