The Quirino State University - Cabarroguis
Campus, recognizing the paramount
importance of equipping its students with
essential life-saving skills, organized a
Basic Life Support (BLS) training event on
November 25-26, 2022. Aligned with the
National Service Training Program
(NSTP), the initiative aimed to empower
students with the knowledge and skills
required to respond effectively during Basic Life Support is a crucial set of skills
emergencies, contributing to the overall that enables individuals to provide immediate
well-being of the community. care to those experiencing life-threatening
emergencies. Such emergencies can range
from cardiac arrest to choking incidents, and
the ability to administer timely and effective
assistance can make a significant difference
in the outcomes of such situations.

NSTP COMMITMENT
The Quirino State University - Cabarroguis
Campus has been at the forefront of instilling
a sense of social responsibility in its students
through the NSTP. By integrating Basic Life
Support training into its curriculum, the
university underscores its commitment to
producing graduates who are not only
academically competent but also well-
prepared to contribute meaningfully to the
welfare of the community.

The electrifying energy of the D'MIGHTY
EAGLE RAYS bench cheering squad
resonated throughout the Quirino State
University's intramurals, creating an
atmosphere of enthusiasm and
camaraderie. Comprising both BEED and
BSMATH students, this dynamic group's
spirited performance not only showcased
their unity but also brought them the well-
deserved 1st place in the competition. The
synchronized cheers, creative routines,
and unwavering team spirit displayed by
the D'MIGHTY EAGLE RAYS not only
uplifted the morale of their fellow students
but also left an indelible mark on the
entire intramurals event.
As the cheers of the D'MIGHTY EAGLE
RAYS reverberated through the capitol
gymnasium, it was evident that their
victory was a testament to the
collaborative effort of BEED and BSMATH
students. Their synchronized movements

secured them the top spot in the bench
cheering competition but also served as a
