How to apply for ID Cards?

Please follow the below process to apply for ID Cards:

1. Please provide your data and your family members data as below example:

5. Flat Number must be mentioned in the subject.
6. It is must to attach the page of your sale deed, where your name is mentioned for authorizing your mail id
7. Attach photos of all the members tabulated above and please rename the photo file with the respective members
names.
8. Attach a photo of your PET (if you have a pet).
