single "Registered version" of ClearView on a single computer account at

expressly granted in this License, are entirely and exclusively reserved
to and by "SVK". You may not sell, rent, lease, modify, translate,

This program was built using JME, lwjgl, Joal and JInput. Many thanks to
all developers involved in these fine projects. All licenses for these
projects are stored in "licenses" folder.

ClearView, and any and all accompanying software, files, data and

of any kind, whether express or implied. You acknowledge that good data
processing procedure dictates that any program, including ClearView,
must be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before you rely on it,
and you hereby assume the entire risk of using the program. This
disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this License.
You understand that this software may install small bits of data on your
computer for copy protection purposes. As with all installations, it is
recommended that you back up your hard drive before you install this
program. Any liability of "SVK" will be limited exclusively to refund of

Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this
License shall be in courts located in the State of California, and you
consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
