Subiect : Work order for Construction & Materials supply of Production Building of M/S Yun
Sheng BD Co. Ltd.
Description of works:
3. Payment: Payment will be done by A/C Payee Cheque/BEFTN in following three phases
a. 1st Running bill 30% of total amount will made after completion of40% ofcontract amount.
b. 2nd Running bill 30% oftotal amount will made after completion of70% ofcontract amount.
c. Final bill 40% of total amount will made after completion of1 100 %of contract amount.
4. Retention Money: 5% of total amount will be kept as retention money for Six (6)months. Supplier
may avail this amount by issuing Bank Guarantee for the same period.
5. Penalty: Supplier (Chowdhury Enterprise) is bound to complete the work as per the stipulated time.
Otherwise 1% of work order amount will be deducted for each week of delaying.
6. VAT & AIT: The rate is excluding VAT & AIT.
7. M/S Yun Sheng BD Co. Ltd. got every authority to reject any of the material supplied by supplier
during construction if the material does not match our required specification.
8. Supplier will have to follow standard factory rules-regulations and take every responsibility to
ensure PPE, Material safety precautions. Must follow to keep materials at site in organized manner.
9. The rate is fixed and firmed. No rate increment will be considered due to market price hike or any
other reason. Bill will be settled at actual quantity basis.
10. Al the works shall be done as per the approved drawings. If any deviations or Faulty works occurs; it
shall be rectified or compensated by the contractor (BUILTEX without prolonging the project
duration.
11. Chowdhury Enterprise will do all kinds of testing to certify the quality of works as per
requirement of Engineer in charge.
12. Quantity of work may vary due to Estimation Error, Architectural Design Variation, Structural
Design variation & Detailed Design Variation etc. The final amount of work will be the actual
amount of work certified by the first part (M?S Yun Sheng BD Co. Ltd.)
