Kindly provide your advice and concurrence on the following subjects :

 We have net receivables of AED.4,000,683 from Dhan water as of today, against which we have open
dated cheques of AED.850,000/- from Mr. Shivakumar details of which are attached. Please advise
whether we can deposit the cheques in our bank account by marking the current date against our
receivables.

 When we contacted Mr. Shivakumar for recovering our materials from Dhan Water Factory including a
few assets lying there (list is already shared), the response we received is that he has not received any
official communication regarding the termination of contract.

Based on the above facts, request you to guide us for further process.
