Event: Anti Ragging Awareness

Anti Ragging Awareness is the most important requirement for enhance the knowledge of
Students. Keeping this in mind, Faculty of Nursing, Desh Bhagat University organized a movie
day on gender equality with collaboration of community club. Keeping in mind the aim, we
decided to play PINK movie. The aim of this event is to create awareness regarding Anti Ragging
Awareness. PINK movie revealed the dark side of our society which most of us were unaware
about. It also highlights lesser known legal rights that everybody should know. The event was
conducted on 13 March 2022 in the smart class room of Nursing College from 11:00 am to 1:00
pm. Students of all classes from Faculty of Nursing, Desh Bhagat University, and Mandi
Gobindgarh participated in the event. This program was coordinated by Mrs. Lovesampuranjot
and conducted under the supervision of Mr Deepak Kumar Shandliya Vice Principal and
Professor Dr Rajwant Kaur Randhawa. Students really learned a lot and awarded regarding anti
ragging
