Is happiness a journey or a destination?

Happiness can be seen as both a journey and a destination, depending on

how one perceives it. Some people view happiness as an ongoing process or
journey, where they actively seek and cultivate happiness in their lives.
They believe that happiness is found in the small moments, experiences,
and personal growth . that occurs along the way. In this perspective,
happiness is not a final goal or destination but rather a continuous pursuit.
On the other hand, there are those who see happiness as a destination or
end goal. They have specific milestones or achievements in mind that they
believe will bing them lasting . but there was always some obstacles in the
way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time
still to be served, a debt to be paid. At last it dawned on me that these
obstcales were ,my life. This perspective helped me to see there is no way to
happiness . happiness is the way so treasure every momen you have and
remembered that time waits for no one. I can’t say that destination is a
happiness , yes you will be happy if you reach your destination but its just
temporary , and of course how can u say that happiness is your destination
without journey towards destination .
