NOTIFICATION

Islamabad, the 21" May, 2024.

(I)/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section

S.R.O.
9 and 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased
to declare the Off-Dock Terminal, M/s. National Logistics Corporation (NLC), Karachi,
having land measuring 59,537 square meter (14.712 Acre) situated adjacent to the New
Rah Camp, Sultanabad, Karachi, to be a Customs-Port for the purpose of clearance of
goods or any class of goods imported or to be exported and to specify the following to be

the limits of the aforesaid Off-Dock Terminal, namely:-

"(a) north by New Haji Camp;

south by NLC DP World Terminal;
east by Sultanabad; and
west by 80 feet wide road."
