The given diagram provides a break down of how liquid chocolate is made from

cocoa beans.
In general, it is clear that the production of chocolate embrace ten prominent
stages, begining with preparation of cacao tree and ending with the final product
being pressed.
In the first stage of this process, the cacao tree has been grown in S.America,
Africa and Indonesia, white cocoa beans then are harvested manually from ripe red
pods. After that, these beans are fermented before being dried by spreading in sun.
Next, the dried beans are delivered by train or lorry after being put in large sacks.
The next stage begins when these beans are taken to factory. In this stage, beans
are roasted under 350 degrees Celsius. This step is followed by the roasted beans
are crushed to remove outer shell. Coming to the final stage of this process, the
liquid chocolate has been produced after the inner part of crushed beans are
pressed.
