Activity:

● Jogging 45 min everyday

Week 1: I noticed that after the first week our cardiovascular capacity increased significantly.
It went from being slightly difficult to easy. I thought it would take longer for us to improve but
it went faster than expected.

Week 2: I notice that it's become some sort of habit now, just getting up and jogging. Since
week 1 I havent noticed an increase or decrease in anything.

Week 3: In terms of cardiovascular abilities nothing has really changed, the difficulty remains
the same.

Week 4: My abilities to cope with the jogging have somewhat started to deteriorate. This is
probably because of the temperature increase.

● Go to the gym three times a week

Week 16: This is officially my 4th month of performing this activity. During the past month I
have hit a plateau, where I did not notice a strength increase or muscle mass increase. But
recently I have started seing a small strength increase again so hopefully it will stay that way.

Week 17: Now it is my 5th month of training, I have now got a constituent strength increase
and an overall muscle increase. Though my pecs are not increasing that much but the rest of
my body is.

Week 18: Currently, there is a slight increase in muscle hypertrophy and strength. There are
no differences in anything else.

Week 19: I have once again hit a plateau, but hopefully it won't last very long. I wasnt able to
complete any more reps than I did last week.

Week 20: I have now changed my routine to 4 times a week and increased the difficulty of
my exercises.
