General requirement for Business visa application

 Passport: Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months
from the date of travel (hand written passports are not acceptable). Passport would be
returned after verifying the documents.

 Old passport (if available): If misplaced or damaged need to be mentioned in covering


letter.

 Photograph: Two matt-finished, colour photographs with white background. The size of the
photo must be 35mm x 45mm with 80% zoomed face. The photograph should not be older
than 3 months. (Avoid wearing white colour shirts and spectacles while capturing the photo,
as it may impact the photo quality).

 Application form: The form must be filled completely with the relevant details, without
keeping any space blank. The form should not have any over-written words/statement, and
whitener correction. Two different pens must not be used to fill a single form. For minors,
both parents should to sign the form.

 Photo cross signature: Applicant must sign across the photo in the application form, the
signature must be done below the neck without damaging the face.

 Financial documents: Last six month updated bank statement with good balance. An
applicant who intend to stay in Singapore for 1 week or less than one week must show a
minimum balance of INR 50,000/- in the bank account, and this amount must be shown in
multiplication for every additional week of stay in Singapore as INR 20,000 X number of
weeks.

 Employment documents: Last 3 month salary slips and job confirmation letter for
employers. Company GST certificate, Partnership deed and other business proof for
business man.

 Accommodation proof: Hotel booking confirmation or any other proof of stay (if available).

 Air tickets: Confirmed tickets for onward and return journey.

 Acra form: Acra form of the inviting form (only if applicable).

 V39A form: Completely filled V39A form from the inviter (if eligible).

 Inviter’s document: Passport copy and stay permit copy of inviter

 Invite letter: Letter of Invitation from the inviting company explaining the purpose of visit,
duration of stay with entry/exit date, and sponsorship details (only for those to whom V39A
form is not eligible).

 Applicant Cover Letter: An elaborate letter from applicant, explaining the purpose of visit,
duration of stay with entry/exit date, and sponsorship details.
 Employer Cover Letter: An elaborate introduction letter from the Indian firm, explaining the
purpose of visit, duration of stay with entry/exit date, and sponsorship details.
All the letters must have the full name, passport number, address, contact number and designation
of the applicant.
Those who are authorised to hold letter-heads, such as business persons and professionals need to
provide the letter in letter-heads.

Covid19 Insurance: Covid19 insurance is not needed to process the Singapore visa application, but
the client should carry an insurance copy while travelling to Singapore; the immigration may verify
whether the client is holding valid insurance.

Above documents are not final consulate, documentation requirements may vary for certain
profiles, consulate may ask for additional documents while or after submission.
