CONTRACT OF LOAN

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Loan made, entered and executed by and among:

MICHAEL ALONZO, of legal age, Filipino, and with residential address

at No. 437 3rd Fl. P. Gomez St., Quiapo, Manila, and hereinafter referred to as the
CREDITOR;

- and -

SHARMAINE B. REYES, of legal age, Filipino, and with postal address

at No. 1 Blumentritt St., Kapasigan, Pasig City, and hereinafter referred to as the
DEBTOR;

WITNESSETH:

That the DEBTOR is the registered owner of the GM REYES TRAIDING located at No. 1
Blumentritt St., Kapasigan, Pasig City, indebted to the CREDITOR in the amount of THIRTY
FIVE THOUSAND (Php35,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, investment for the said
business, obtained by way of loan, and to be returned to the CREDITOR on September 10, 2023
with an interest of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,000.00).

Failure on the part of the DEBTOR to pay the aforesaid full principal amount, the
CREDITOR shall hold the herein DEBTOR for the payment of the same plus damages including
attorney’s fees and incidental expenses of a lawsuit, however, if the said principal obligation has
been fully settled by the DEBTOR to the herein CREDITOR, this contract shall be of no force and
effect;
