1. CREATE LOAN ITEMS


Tình huống

Để phục vụ cho việc di chuyển trong nội bộ công ty, Công ty UEH cấp một (1) xe đạp
cho nhân viên vừa được tuyển dụng ở Buổi 3.
Bộ phận nhận sự nhập thông tin về xe đạp vào hệ thống với các thông tin sau:

 Loan item: Xedap_4 số cuối MSSV.


 Description:
 Person in charge: <giảng viên>
 Tax information: Tax liability

 Serial number: 4 số cuối MSSV


 Loan type: Xedap
 Grace period: 5
 Number of day: 120

Các bước thực hiện
1. Click Human resources > Setup > Workers > Loan > Loan items.
2. Click New.
3. Enter the name of the loan item.
4. Enter a description of the loan item.
5. Select the person who is responsible for the loan item.
6. Indicate if there is a tax liability associated with the item or if your company is
declared liable for the item.
7. Enter the serial number, or other identification number, for the loan item.
8. Select the type of the loan item.
9. Enter the number of days that may pass after the loan item is scheduled to be
returned before a reminder is sent to the borrower.
10. Enter the maximum number of consecutive days that a person can borrow the loan
item for.

2. LOAN AN ITEM TO A WORKER

Use the Loaned equipment form to track the items that you loan to workers, contacts,
and applicants.
1. Click Human resources > Periodic > Workers > Loaned equipment.
2. Click New.
3. Select the person to loan an item to.
4. Select the item to loan.
5. In the Planned return field, enter the date when you expect the item to be
returned.
If a loan item can be on loan for only a specific number of days, the planned return
date is calculated, based on the date that is selected in the Loaned field and the
maximum number of days that the item can be on loan.

3. ENTER COMPETENCY INFORMATION
FOR A WORKER

A. Education (form)
Nhân viên hoàn thành khóa học Cử nhân Văn bằng 2, Chuyên ngành Anh văn
Thương mại tại UEH sau 2 năm học tập và tốt nghiệp cách đây 1 tuần với điểm
trung bình là 6.8/10.

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On
the Action Pane, on the Competencies tab, in the Worker competencies group,
click Education.

Fields

Field Description

Education Select the type of education. The values for this field
are maintained in the Education disciplines form.

Level of Level achieved in the current education.

Secondary An academic area other than the primary education,


emphasis such as a certification or a minor degree.

If the person has earned additional majors or minors,


you should enter them here so that the information
will be available for skill mapping, if applicable. Also,
typically organizations use the Education field to
represent both a degree and a major, such as
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design.

Start date The date when the person began acquiring the
education. For example, this could be the first day of
college.

End date The date when the education will be completed or is


expected to be completed. For example, this could be
the graduation date.

Institution The institution where the education was completed or


will be completed.

Institution More information about the institution that includes a


informationfiel description of the institution, the Internet address,
d group telephone, and location of the institution.

Duration The number of days, months, or years that it took for


the person to complete the education.
For example, if the education requires three years, you
can select Years in the Day/Mth field and then
enter 3 in the Duration field.

Day/Mth Select a unit for the duration of the education.

Average Enter the grade point average that the person had
after they completed the education.

Scale Enter the scale that the grade point average is based
on.

Credits The number of credits completed for the earned


completed degree.

Credit hour The unit of time that credit hours are based on. For
basis example, semester, trimester, or quarter.

Credit hours The number of academic credit hours that the person
earned has earned toward the degree in progress.

Credit hours The total number of academic credit hours that are

B. Certificates (form)
Nhân viên vừa mới có thêm Chứng chỉ MOS Word do Certiport cấp với các
thông
tin sau:
 Certificate type: MOS Word
 Start date: Ngày hôm nay

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On
the Action Pane, on the Competencies tab, in the Worker competencies group,
click Certificates.

Certificate Select a certificate type.

Field Description

Start date Enter the first date when the certificate is valid.

End date Enter the final date when the certificate is valid.
Tip
To view expired certificates or certificates that are going to
expire, generate the Certificate expirations report.

Require Indicates if the certificate requires renewal after it expires.


renewal To update the renewal requirement for the certificate,
change the Require renewal check box on the Certificate
types form. For more information, see Certificate types
(form).

Notes Enter additional information about the certificate.

C. Competency - Skills (form)


Sau khi có chứng chỉ MOS Word thì Skill word của nhân viên tăng lên level 4.
Bộ phận nhân sự sẽ tiến hành cập nhật lại skill mới nhất trên hệ thống với các
thông tin sau:
 Skill: MS Word
 Level: 4
 Level date: today.

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On
the Action Pane, on the Competencies tab, in the Worker competencies group,
click Skills.

Field Description

Level type Select one of the following:


 Actual – A current, proven skill.
 Target – A skill to be acquired.

Show only If the same skill is listed multiple times in the grid, select
current this check box to show only the skill with the most recent
level date..

Skill Select a skill from the list. You can enter the same skill more
than one time, provided that the level dates are different.

Level Select the skill level that the person currently has or the skill
level that the person plans to achieve.

Level date The date when the present level was reached or the date
when the targeted level will be reached.

Experienc Specify experience that the person has with the skill. For
e example, you could enter the number of years the person
has used the skill.

Examiner Select the person who verified that the person acquired the
skill.

Approved Select this check box if the skill is verified and approved.

Approved Select the person who approved the skill.

D. Competency - Tests (form)

HRM với thông tin sau:
 Test: HRM-Dynamic
 Required by: Ngày cuối cùng của tháng vừa rồi
 Status: Pass
 Completed: Ngày hôm nay
 Score received: 80.

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On
the Action Pane, on the Competencies tab, in the Worker competencies group,
click Tests.

Fields

Field Description

Test The test assigned to this person. Test types are created
and maintained in the Test types (form) and cannot be
modified on this form.

Description The description of the test type. Test type descriptions are
created and maintained in the Test types (form) and
cannot be modified on this form.

Required The final date when the test can be completed before it is
by considered overdue.
Note
If this test type is set up to automatically recur and it is
based on the Required by date, the Required by date of
the new test is determined by this entry.

Field Description

Status The status of the test. If this test type is set up to


automatically recur, a new test will only be created for this
person when the status changes from Not complete to
any other value and the completed date is entered for the
first time.

Completed The date when the test was completed. If this test type is
set up to automatically recur, and if the recurrence is
based on the Completed date, the Required by date of
the new test is determined by this entry, regardless of
whether the person passed or failed the test. For example,
if the annual test was completed on 1/16/2012, but was
not due until 1/31/2012, the next recurrence will be
scheduled for 1/16/2013.

Score The score that the person received on the test.


received Note
The Score required to pass appears next to this field. This
information is maintained in the Test types (form) and is
displayed for comparison purposes.

Notes Enter any additional information about the test. This field
is for information only. The notes do not appear on any
other forms or reports.
