AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

I, JAY-AR ALBUDIN y GABOSERO, Filipino, of legal age, single, Filipino

and a resident of No. 6 Abuab Road, Guitnang Bayan II ( POB), San Mateo,
Rizal after having duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. I am the accused in Criminal Case No. 5043-023 entitiled “People of

the Philippines versus ANGELITO ALBUDIN, JR. for the offense of
“Grave Threats”, pending before the Municipal Trial Court, San Mateo,
Rizal;
2. I posted cash bond for my provisional liberty on May 28, 2024 in the
amount of Php 3, 000.00 under the name of Angelito Albudin, Jr. as it
is the name indicated in the information;
3. I am executing this Affidavit of Discrepancy to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and in support of my application for the correction of all
my private and public records.
