AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement is made and entered into by and between DARWIN P. BELIRAN, of
legal age, married and a resident of Purok Tanco, Barangay Edwards, Tboli, South
Cotabato, known as the SELLER;

and
CYRIL JANCE, of legal age and a resident of Barangay Upper Maculan, Lake Sebu
South Cotabato known as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH

That DARWIN P. BELIRAN is the owner of one (1) unit SKYGO Motorcycle Series
SG150 – Model Year 2019, with Plate No. 1201-671160, Engine No.
161FMJK1201235 and Chassis No. LX8PCK503KE008334.

That DARWIN P. BELIRAN will sell the said motorcycle with an amount of Twenty
Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 27, 500.00) to CYRIL JANCE.

That the Buyer hereby acknowledged that he received the amount of Twenty Seven
Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 27, 500.00) from CYRIL JANCE as full
payment for the motorcycle.

Signed this 28th day of December, 2022 at Barangay Edwards, Tboli, South
Cotabato.
