The hotel industry is one of the first growing sectors in the country. It has a great contribution to the
country’s economy .The accommodation unit in the hotel is of great importance .It contributes a great
percentage to the hotels income .Customers satisfaction is key in the industry and thus the desire to
create a conducive comfortable and beautiful environment .

Natural flowers are best suited to give this kind of environment. They give inspiration and have the
power to convey profound human emotions and thoughts .These flowers could negatively affect
customers if they are allergic to pollen. Some natural flowers could also attract insects which could
cause disturbance to customers. This undesired effect could lead to grafting of the flowers to improve
their quality and help in sustaining customers in the business.
