Dear Ms. Altamirano,

We are pleased to offer you a transfer from WGBI to WPI while retaining your regular employment
as a Digital Sales Promotion Specialist under the Sales Department. This appointment will take effect on
June 03, 2024.

Accordingly, your regular appointment carries the following terms and conditions:

1. You are still entitled to the full protection and benefits given to regular employees under the Labor
Code of the Philippines, as amended, and other applicable social and welfare laws.

2. You are however subject to the disciplinary sanctions provided for under existing laws, as well as
to the provisions of existing Company policies, rules and regulations, and those that will be
promulgated during the course of your employment.

3. Your relations with the Company and that of your co-employees shall be governed by established
Company practices and procedures. Whenever applicable, the collective bargaining agreement
shall faithfully be observed, subject to inherent and recognized Management prerogatives
necessary for the effective management and smooth operations of the Company’s business.
Specifically, you are now bound to comply with the certain terms of employment albeit not limited to
the following:

a. You agree to work for extended hours whenever the operations may require upon the
discretion and direction of your immediate supervising officer;

b. You agree to be transferred to any job of similar rank and pay, to any shift of night or day, or to
any place where the company conduct its operations. Any violation of, or unjustifiable refusal
to abide by the foregoing shall constitute serious insubordination, abandonment of the work, or
gross disrespect, and will be sufficient ground for the imposition of the proper disciplinary
action;

4. You shall obey and comply with all the lawful policies, rules and regulations which are now
enforced and those which shall be promulgated in the future by the Company. Likewise, you shall
promote the interest of the Company to the best of your ability; and shall not do anything which
may cause damage to the Company’s properties, business reputation or goodwill. You shall
undertake to perform, do and accomplish those related tasks that may be assigned to you by your
superior/s at any time, including night-time, when so warranted by the circumstances as
determined by your superior;

5. You shall agree to make yourself available for constant communications with the Company at any
given official time of the day or night and to be present at the work site whenever deemed
necessary in order to serve best the interest of the Company; as well as to protect at all times the
company’s name products, equipment, properties and its officers against claims which may
adversely affect the reputation and goodwill of the company.

6. As an employee, you are required to devote all the necessary business time, attention, and
energies, as well as Employee’s best talents and abilities to the business of the Company in
accordance with the Company’s instructions and directions. You may engage in other business
activities unrelated to the Company during the term of this Employment so long as such other
business activities do not interfere with the terms and conditions of your Employment Agreement
with Wert Philippines, Inc.

7. That Wert Philippines, Inc. shall not be responsible for expenses incurred by you in the execution
of your duties unless the Company has given prior written authorization therefor.

8. All confidential and proprietary information of the company relative to its business shall be treated
as strictly confidential and any unauthorized disclosure or reproduction of the same during and
even after employment with the Company shall be severely dealt with criminally, civilly and
administratively whenever appropriate.

9. You are fully aware that the Company is bound by existing Confidentiality and/or Non-Disclosure
Agreements with foreign and domestic companies as regards their Confidential and Proprietary
Information as defined in the said agreements. As Digital Sales Promotion Specialist you are
bound to familiarize yourself and strictly observe the provisions of said agreements, during and
even after your employment with the Company. You shall handle confidential and proprietary
information with utmost care and discretion. In case of doubt or uncertainty as to the proprietary of
any disclosure of information, you shall first seek written clearance from any responsible officer of
the company before any disclosure is made. Any unauthorized disclosure of confidential and/or
proprietary information shall be a ground for immediate termination without prejudice to the right of
the Company to claim for damages and other relief, to answer for the injury the Company and/or
any third party may have sustained by reason thereof.

10. That throughout your employment at Wert Philippines, Inc., you agree to be assigned to any work
for a period determined by the Company and to whatever business operation that requires such an
assignment.

11. That you understand and accept that there are no verbal and other agreements between you and
Wert Philippines, Inc. or any of its agents affecting your employment and that no modification of the
terms hereof shall be binding unless in writing and duly signed by both parties.

12. That in the event that you voluntarily decide to terminate your employment with the Company, you
shall serve a 30-day prior notice therefor or at shorter period as deemed by the Company. Failure
on your part to observe the said prior notice, you shall be held liable to pay equivalent to at least a
month’s salary by way of liquidated damages.

13. That upon termination of your employment with Wert Philippines, Inc., you shall promptly deliver to
the designated Company representative, all documents, equipment, samples, security
passwords/codes and all other personal effects entrusted to you by the Company without need of
demand.

14. Your continued employment is likewise conditioned on your medical, physical and mental fitness
for the job, which may be evaluated from time to time, as the Company deems necessary.

15. The Company periodically evaluates the Employee’s efficiency. If, upon evaluation, the Employee
is found to be grossly inefficient in the performance of his duties, he may be terminated for cause.
That for Sales related positions, not hitting sales target for 3 consecutive months shall be a ground
for terminating the employment and which shall be at the sole discretion of the company.
