Mortgage Operations Process: Credit Analysis (Commercial Mortgage)

● Process Involves in evaluating the values in MRA (Moody’s Risk Analyst) application from the
Financials which includes balance (Current & non-current Asset, Liability, Equity/Net Assets)
Income statement & Cash flow statement
• We mainly work on audited Financials of U.S statement like Qualified, unqualified, reviewed,
complied, business tax return 1040, 1120, 990 and internally prepared financial statement
● Having strong domain knowledge on business financial under Line of business (LOB’s) like
Commercial, Business Banking, Not for profit organization, Small Business Banking, Dealer,
Commercial Real Estate, etc.

● Handling a different transaction like Review, Renewal and New money

● Involved in First level of internal review to ensure the process accuracy as per service level
agreement (SLA)

• Handling the Reconciliation of financial with previous year End statement for Annual
review

• Working on incomplete documents and Drafting into complete financials for further review
