DO SOLEMNLY DECLARE THAT:

1. I am a Citizen of Canada.

2. I am working as a Office Manager in eTor Network located at 6705 Tomken Road,

Suite 225, Mississauga, Ontario, L5T 2J6. I am also a 50% owner of 2472827 Ontario
Inc. (eTor Network)

3. I wish to invite my above-mentioned brother and his wife for a brief visit to Canada. It is
my desire that my brother and his wife visit me here in Canada. My brother's visit will
also give me an opportunity to spend some quality time together and to show them
beautiful places in and around Ontario. Currently, my brother and his wife are residing
in Tarn Taran, Punjab -143401. they will stay with me for a period of two weeks only
and return to India thereafter.

4. I will be fully responsible for my brother and his wife boarding, lodging, medical, and
any other incidental expenses. I will make sure that they leaves Canada before the
expiry of their permitted stay granted under their visitor’s visa.

5. I further declare that I have sufficient funds and means to support my brother and his
wife during their stay as visitors in Canada.

6. I am able and willing to undertake anything which you may deem necessary in
furtherance of my above undertakings.

AND I MAKE THIS SOLEMN DECLARATION conscientiously believing it to be true and knowing
it is of the same force and effect as if made under oath.
