Pokemon Stat Manual

Enemy Pokemon Pokemon encountered have a level, and Charmander
depending on that level you reward more or less XP. Some Level 1
Pokemon such as bosses and legendaries due to their Ability: Blaze - If you drop to 3 HP your fire type attack
