*Please note: Your credit providers have agreed to new reduced interest rates but they will only be legally bound to change them once a
Court Order/Consent Order is granted which is why it is essential that we get you through the legal process as soon as possible.

What you need to do now?

1. Keep an eye on your email – our legal department is currently preparing your legal documents and will send you further
instructions.

2. Remember to make your monthly debt rehab payment to Hyphen PDA every month. (If you skip a payment, your credit
providers will terminate your Debt Counselling Agreement and your interest rates will go back to the original amounts). You
will find your payment details and amount at the bottom of this email.
