Tour Begins with Meet and Greet at College Campus and Overnight Proceed to Jaipur.

Day 02:- 11th Nov.2023

Jaipur
Morning Arrival at Jaipur Followed by Hotel Checkin Freashen up , City Tour Then Visit
Amer Fort, City Palace, Hawa Mahal , Jantar Mantar, Evening to Shopping at Bapu Bazar,
Later Ovenight Stayat Hotel.
Meals :- Breakfast+Dinner+DJ Party

Day 03:- 12th Nov.2023

Jaipur-Local –Chandigarh
After Breakfast Checkout from Hotel and Proceed to Alberthall, Birla temple , Later
to(Chokhi Dhanni heritage Cultural village + Dinner) Overnight Driver to Chandigarh.

Tour Cost Excludes:

.Any Kind of Personal expenses like, Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Phone Calls etc.
.The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour
as per the Itinerary.
.Any Kind of Drinks (Alcoholic, Mineral, soft or hard drinks, starters) Monastery entrance
fees, camera fee if applicable and Guide services.

Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy
Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE : -
I) Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible
(subject to availability)
ii) Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon.(Early
check in is subject to availability)
iii) We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure
smooth execution of tours.
iv) We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather &
are not liable for it.
v) Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available
cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

Date of booking –
Booking day – 30 days – communication charges of Rs. 2000.00 per person /As per actual
15% from the Date of Advance Receipt.
30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
02 Days/No show 100% of tour cost
