2.1 Introduction
Riteside Projects (Pty)Ltd is a 100% black owned and
managed full service construction company established in
2013 and based in Gauteng.
2.2 History
Jerry Thulo was operating under the banner of Deepline
Enterprice (Pty)Ltd for a number of years. Some of the
projects completed by Deepline Enterprice are listed on the
recent projects section of this document.
Jerry has now joined forces with long time technical partner
and Civil Engineer, Conelius Kagoro, to form the recently
registered company Riteside Projects (Pty) Ltd. The two
executive directors are the force involved in the business
development, procurement, project management and
administration of the company.
2.3 Vision
Our vision is to become reputable and preferred building
contractor who is well known for delivering beyond the client’s
expectations.
2.4 Mission
Our mission is to provide building and construction expertise
to our clients and to deliver all projects to the required quality,
on time and on budget.
2.5 Ethos
Riteside Projects (Pty) Ltd is committed to conducting
business with honesty and integrity, and we expect all our
staff to maintain this standard. We will always conduct our
