Greetings from Haldia Petrochemicals Limited!

This has reference to your application for Industrial Training of your students in HPL. We are
pleased to inform you that your request has been acceded by Management.

The Industrial training shall start from 31st July 2023 to 25th August 2023 (Monday to Friday in
a week excluding HPL Holidays)

It may please be noted that there is no provision of stipend from HPL and the trainee shall be
responsible for arranging their own boarding & lodging and to & fro transport services.

The students will be provided complementary lunch on the first day and from second day
onwards, they will have to purchase food coupons at the applicable subsidised rates.

The student may kindly be advised to carry the following along with them:

i. Four copies of stamp size photograph

ii. College Identity card in original and photocopy

iii. Aadhar card in original and photocopy

iv. COVID-19 double vaccination certificate in original

and photocopy

RT-PCR Test report in original and photocopy if they

v.
are travelling from outside West Bengal. Please note that the test is to be
conducted 48 hours prior to reporting.

On completion of the training period, she will be required to submit a project report to us.

During the training, the students need to follow the rules and regulations on Health, Fire,
Environment, Safety and Code of Conduct of the Plant, failing which, the said facility of Training
may be withdrawn forthwith.

Kindly also note that the concerned students are strictly advised not to carry mobile phone
when he comes for training at the Plant. In case of non-compliance, the said facility of training
may be withdrawn and internship completion certificate may not be provided.

Further, while at Plant, the student must report in formal working attire and covered leather
shoes with rubber/PVC sole.

The student is advised to report to Plant Gate No 1 on 31.07.2023 at 9:30 am for the next
course of action.

(03224-222552)of Plant HR department or the undersigned. If they fail to report on the
mentioned date and time without any intimation, they shall not be considered for training.
