This term paper contains the analysis about the job of a Human
Resource Specialists using the O*net content model. This focuses on
studying the job from the view of the model. This paper contains the
detailed description of all the components of the O*net model. In this
report, the work oriented components are : work characteristics,
workers requirements, experience requirements. There are also job
oriented components like occupational requirements, workforce
characteristics, occupation- specific information. Among these
components there are cross occupational components that consist of
worker characteristics and occupational requirements. There are also
occupation specific components among these that are experience
requirements and occupational-specific information. These
components very much fulfill the report. Lastly, I have presented
some limitations that my paper may have. Further studies may get
better results regarding this.

Human resources specialists recruit, screen, and interview job
applicants and place newly hired workers in jobs. They also may
handle compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
Human resources specialists generally work in office settings. Some,
particularly recruitment specialists, travel to attend job fairs, visit
college campuses, and meet with applicants. Most human resources
specialists work full time during regular business hours. Some work
more than 40 hours per week. To enter the occupation, human
resources specialists typically need a bachelor’s degree in human
resources, business, or a related field. Employment of human
resources specialists is projected to grow 6 percent from 2022 to
2032, faster than the average for all occupations. Human resources

In this paper I have used the qualitative method for research. I have
used the O*net content model website. And I have found some
suitable results regarding a job which is the job of a Quality Control
Analyst . As this job is very important for every types of product or
service based organization, this analysis may help us know about the
