 My name is Mohamad Niko Apriliando I studies at Jember

University and graduated in 2027 with a degree in naval

contruction. I’ve been working at PT PAL , incorporated for 2 years
as a ship designer. I’ve 3 years of experience in design.
 I am interested in this company because it has talented people in
their respective fields and I want to develop my abilities in this
company.
 My biggest strengths are being able to use design applications ,
being able to apply autocad , and being good speaking.
 In my opinion , this is when holding deliberarions because
collaborating with many people is quite difficult.
 My weakness is in managing time or schedule. With my
weakness , I then found a solution by creating a future worksheet
on my cell phone calender.
 The first thing I want to do is study consistenly to become more
familiar with the company goals and jobs in the field I am taking.
Then I will take part in training to expand my knowledge and gain
experience.
