MAY IT PLEASE YOUR WORSHIP:-

It is most respectfully submitted on behalf of Accused as under:-

1. That the matter is kept on today’s board before this Hon’ble Court.
2. That, accused is respected Indian citizen having permanent resident
of Rajasthan.
3. That, due to some unforeseen personal issues, it is difficult for
accused to secure his presence in today’s matter. The absence of the
accused is neither intentional nor deliberate but due to above said
reason.
4. In the above facts and circumstances it is very difficult for the accused
to remain present before this Hon’ble Court, however, the accused is
law abiding, Indian citizen and always honours to the Hon’ble Court,
but due to the above facts and circumstances he is not able to remain
present before this Hon’ble Court and prays for permanent exemption
5. It is submitted that, he will be represented through his advocate on
record.

THE ACCUSED HEREBY PRAYS AS UNDER:-

a) The application may be allowed on any such terms and conditions as

may deem fit and proper by this Hon’ble Court.
 b) Any other further order may be passed by this Hon’ble Court in the
interest of justice.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS, ACCUSED IS DUTY BOUND AND

SHALL EVER PRAY.
