ORDER

Acting on the instant Petition filed on 25 July 2022 by the petitioner

Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) signed by Atty. Daniel A. Adeva, III, Legal
Officer, DDB, as duly authorized representative of DDB Undersecretary-
Executive Director Earl P. Saavedra, CESO I, pursuant to Section 61,
Article VIII of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the
Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, in relation to Board
Regulation No. 3, Series of 2003, and based on the report given to the
DDB by Brigienel Dela Cruz, live-in-partner of Rodel R. Bernardino, upon
which the DDB conducted initial investigation, as asserted in the subject
Petition, set the hearing on 05 August 2022 at 8:30 a.m.

The Process Server, this Court, is directed to serve copies of this

Order to the petitioner DDB, to Brigienel Dela Cruz, and to Rodel R.
Bernardino, and make returns thereon.
