Re: order #9090 for 20 speakers

We order 20 speakers for our karaoke bar month ago and they were supposed to come
two days ago. Also you noted that they will be delivered right under our bar.
However, they were delivered only yesterday and to a post office 20km from our bar.
But okay, its not a big problem. We easy deal with them. The main issue is that 10 of
them are damaged and don’t work , also 5 arrived not as we ordered. At the post
office they told us that it was not their fault and that we should contact with you. We
tried to reach you manager, but he didn’t answer to our calls. He called us back only
2 hours later and said we must email you to resolve this issue. In your respond to our
email you said that you would contact us this morning, but you didn’t do this. We are
very surprised and disappointed by this, because we were order microphones in you
shop and we were satisfied with your delivery and product quality. Nonetheless, if
you do not contact us by tomorrow evening, we will have to terminate the contract
with you, find new supplier and sue you for damages. You will be in a big trouble.
We will do our best to ensure that you never sell anything again. But we hope we
won't have to do this. So, we are expecting your call by tomorrow evening.
