FOR EN590 and JET A1

1. Buyer Issues ICPO and CIS, include Buyer’s Company Registration Certificate
and Data Page of its Representative’s valid Identity card, (Passport). Buyer
also submits TSA or CPA whichever is relevant. If required by the Seller, the
Buyer might be required to present POF (BCL, bank statement, RWA or other
POF as agreed) to secure the allocation and enable the Seller to issue the
ownership certificates in the Buyer's name.

2. Seller provides its draft SPA in Word format for Buyer’s review. Buyer returns
draft within 3 days to Seller. Both parties execute.

3. Seller Issues Commercial Invoice (CI) for the Available Quantity in Seller’s
storage tank in injection/discharge Port. Buyer countersigns the CI and Seller
provides the following documents:
(a) Copy of Statement of Product Availability
(b) Product Passport
(c) Commitment to Supply
(d) Certificate of Origin

4. Seller signs IMFPA with the intermediaries.

5. Seller provides the following documents:


(a) Three Days’ (3) Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
(b) Authorization for Physical Verification of the Product (ATV)
(c) Injection Report
(d) Fresh SGS Report
(e) Title Transfer Certificate
(f) Product Passport (if not delivered in 3.)

6. Buyer, at its own election and cost, orders a Dip Test in Seller's tanks.

7. Upon confirmation of the Product by Buyer:


(a) Buyer provides TSR or CPA
(b) Seller begins injection to Buyer’s storage tanks or vessel
(c) Buyer makes payment within 48 hours by MT103/TT Wire Transfer

8. Seller provides the Title of Ownership Certificate and Export Documentation.

9. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently,


monthly shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the CI and SPA.
