Koko cards and attendance taking
- Design 5 origami boxes and put at the dewan kuliah door
- Students put their koko cards according to their forms upon entering
- ChengT and JingS monitor (One card per student only)
- Austin, Krishna and Gabriel take attendance, then give teachers to sign koko
cards
- Austin, Krishna and Gabriel take back the koko cards from the teacher and
give to AJK
- AJK distribute cards to students

Preparation before koko meeting

- F3 committees enter hall before 2pm and setup
- Prepare tables for attendance, take En. Aziat’s laptop and connect to dewan
kuliah screen
- Jing Siang ask BOSE members to setup PA System

Throughout koko meeting

- Cheng Tao collect membership fees (ask and collect row by row)
- The rest committee arrange the students to sit according to forms before koko
meeting

Latecomers
- Latecomers will be key into SSDM
- Door Guards monitor at dewan kuliah door and pass the latecomers’ koko
cards to secretaries
