Job Summary
To manage the day-to-day human resource operations including administration of human resources policies,
procedures and programs, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development,
benefits, compensation, organizational development, and talent management

Roles & Responsibilities


 HR Operations - Day-to-Day operations essential to meeting the needs of our employees
 Recruitment – Facilitates recruitment plan and recruitment for the Business Unit
 Orientation and On Boarding – Orientation plan for all new joiners, providing support in on boarding for new hire.
 HRIS – Maintain timely and accurate records of staff, such as attendance, leave records & over time.
 MIS and Administration – Maintaining and administration of MIS, T&A & various Trackers.
 Grievance Handling – Resolving all disputes among employees/departments.
 Manpower Planning – Manpower planning each year for the units in conjunction with all line managers with the
help of MIS and filling the positions as required
 Employee engagement-Engagement Activities for the employees.
 Records Management – Maintain and ensure safe custody of employee records
 Co-ordinate and supervise maintenance of office facilities
 Co-ordinate and organize company events, functions and meetings
Qualifications
 Bachelors in HR or Diploma or Certification in management, HR, administration) Competencies

Work Experience
 Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
 Proficiency in local labour laws
 Proficiency in MS Office especially advanced Excel and PPT presentations

 Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
 Excellent Verbal and written communication.
 Attention to details and problem solver.
 Positive attitude and analytical ability
