Sub: Notice for delay in Project activities for the development of Lord Krishna Museum.

Ref: CMAContract for Curation, Execution, Operation & Maintenance of Interior & Exhibits
for Lord Krishna Museum at Dwarka, Gujarat dated 31s August 2023 (hereinafter
referred to as CMA Contract")

In reference to the above-mentioned CMA Contract dated 3 | August 2023, we would like to
highlight our concerns regarding delay in Project activities for the development of Lord
Krishna Museum at Dwarka.

It is to be noted that the execution of Civil works at the project site is ongoing. the research
work. gallery theming, storyline development for the exhibit execution by IEA isongoing. The
overall Museum is planned to be completed by 3|" March 2025.
It has been observed that there is delay in submission of HVAC and MEP Shop Drawings by
IEA, which could result in overall delay in project execution. As per the Integrated Project
Schedule submitted by DTA vide email dated 15h April 2023, the Shop Drawings of Interiors,
AV, Lighting general plus artistic, MEP, Equipment makes and model list for approval was to
be submitted by 8h April 2024, but the Shop Drawings have not been submitted as per the
timeline. The Design and Technical Agency (DTA) has repeatedly highlighted the risk for
delay in execution of site works on account of delay in submission of Shop Draw ings. The
DTA has further highlighted the urgency to mobilize HVAC and MEP vork on site as all
necessary Civil provisions for MEP needs to be incorporated before the casting of struclural
clements.
Further,there is delay in submission of curation content outline and presentation for the First
Floor Museum Building.

In the light of above, you are tequested to strengthen your team, expediate the submission of
Shop Drawings, mobilize HVAC and MEP work on site and ensure the completion of the
project as per the timeline. Further, you are required tosubmit aaction plan for mitigation of
above-mentioned delay in the development of Lord Krishna Museum, within 7 days of issue
of this notice.

This communication is without any prejudice to our rights, privileges, and entitlements under
the CMA Contract or otherwise.
