DAY 31

Date and time April 3, 2023 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Activity On-the-Job Training

Narration of Since it was still Monday, there are nothing much to do

the whole day because all things were polished and organized last Friday until
activity/duty those who were on duty until Sunday. Moreover, we fixed some
logs in the stock area of the Office of the Regional District Support
Unit to fix them. After, we also carried some engine parts and
chairs to also be fixed in the same area in order that we might later
on know were the parts are located for easier finding whenever it
shall be needed in the future.
Later, we just cleaned the office and its surroundings for the
whole afternoon.

Knowledge To be organized is a manifestation of an efficient leadership

gained from because I have come to understand the importance of actually
the whole day being organized because it will the organization or agency save
duty time in looking for things. This will also be a reflection on how
organized the ideas that would flow in the office coming from the
brilliant minds of those composing such office.

Fixing and cleaning the office is a routine that each department must always not forget.

Activity On-the-Job Training

Narration of Our day began through the submission of the personnel in

the whole day the Personnel and Records Management Office or R1. We also
activity/duty submitted a letter to the Administration Office which spoke about
the certification that a certain PSMS Paulo Danao Malana is indeed
a member of the Police Regional Office stating his PNP
Identification Card since the year 1998.
We were also give the opportunity to see an airbag which
was already popped out for the first time in personal as we were
asked to observe the factors or elements present in such situation.
Lastly, we cleaned the surroundings of the office and swept a little
inside the office before leaving the office.

Knowledge Today, my learning was that a skill needed in the police

gained from force is being a keen observation mainly because it will help in the
the whole day operational ways to achieve their goals and succeed in the
duty investigation of things having proper conclusions on the cases they
hold.

Submission of papers and new experiences with advice are what makes the day right.
