Geographical location of Japan
Japan is an island country in East Asia. It is located

between the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Japan, east


of China, Russia and the Korean Peninsula.

Its capital is Tokyo.

It consists of four main islands: Honshū,
Hokkaidō, Kyūshū and Shikoku, which
