where your Mr. Prikshit Mishra is staying is jointly owned by both of us. Back in 2006, this
was owned by Ms. Padmavati Gupta but when we decided to take a loan in 2013, Mr. Mohit
Gupta’s name was added to the property.

Dear Sir,
Kindly refer to the discussions I/We have had with your Shri PRIKSHI MISHRA of the
LIC Housing Finance Ltd. regarding your desire to take on rent my house No. 203 situated at
PLOT NO 23, ANURAG APARTMENT SONA PARK COLONY, TARABAI PARK,
KOLHAPUR, MAHARASHTRA 416003 and measuring 573.22 sq.ft. consisting of 2 rooms
with attached latrine and bath along with the fittings and fixtures.
In this connection, I have to inform you that I am agreeable to let out the said premises to
the LIC Housing Finance Ltd. on a monthly rent of Rs. 10,000 inclusive of taxes & Security
Deposit of Rs. 30,000 for your use and occupation of Staff Quarters for your Class-I Officers
and their family members for a period of 3 to 4 years.
1. That the rent will be payable to me every month on or before 7th of next month.
2. That major repairs and annual maintenance like white washing and distempering etc. in
the demise premises shall be carried out by me to your satisfaction.
3. That the electricity and water charges shall be paid by the LIC Housing Finance Ltd.
on the basis of the actual consumption as recorded in the meters which shall be provided
by me in the demised premises.
4. That you shall not carry out any additions and alterations in the said premises without
my prior consent.
5. That you shall be liable to any breakages, damages done to the sanitary, electrical
and other fittings and fixtures or to any part of the building during the tenancy
period reasonable wear and tear excluded.
6. That you will have the right to allot the premises to any of your Class I Officers for
their use and occupation as residential quarters.
