Location
East-West urban heritage axis, Dalat City, Lam Dong Province
Purpose & requirement
Purpose

The design aims at preserving the heritage landscape of Dalat City - Lam Dong
province, developing economically but still embellishing cultural and natural values.

Requirements

Design products must be of high quality, full composition, and feasibility according to
the National Laws and Regulations, local authorities, and the relevant Universities.
1. Apply the theories to design an urban landscape axis.

2. Practice skills to collect information such as economic, social, humanistic,


geographical, natural, technical, and aesthetic situations, to better understand the
current state;

3. Practice how to work in teams, communicate effectively, and use supporting tools
for drawing, calculation, Internet, and 3D modeling;
Implementation
1. Instructional plan:
• Mr. Vinh is in charge of the concept and partly of the basic design phase (weeks 1-8)

• Ms. Huong will continue the rest of the basic and the technical design phase (week 9-14)

2. Implementation plan and team/team organization:


• Each team consists of 3-5 members;

• In the site survey, members can be added from the other class of BKU, Yersin University;

• The team leader is responsible for assigning, managing, leading, and evaluating team members.
