separating from 4x4 boards are bowing and popping off already the rails Winlock (7.8%) $546.00
are cut short so there is gap between post and rail this will fail we need to
tear it all out new rails attached to posts it will be much stronger and there Total $7,546.00
will be 3 rails to support pickets from cupping and bowing this price does
not include any new posts or hauling old materials away

This Proposal becomes a binding contract between the parties when

accepted by the credit department of PNW Fence and Gate and can only
be cancelled by the buyer paying a 10% cancellation charge to PNW
Fence and Gate. Buyer agrees to give a 50% deposit of total contract

amount in order to be placed on the schedule and to have materials ordered. Buyer promises to pay in full any balance due
on this contract when the work under this contract has been completed. If payment is not made within 10 days after PNW
Fence and Gate has completed its work, PNW Fence and Gate may take at its sole discretion, any/or All remedies available
to it under the law, including but not limited to, a repossession of any and/or all materials provided to the buyer by PNW
Fence and Gate pursuant to this contract. By acceptance of this contract, buyer grants PNW Fence and Gate a purchase
money security interest in all the rights necessary to repossess any and all materials provided pursuant to this contract.
Should PNW Fence and Gate place this account in the hands of an attorney for collections, buyer agrees to pay all cost,
attorney fees, and other expenses incurred by PNW Fence and Gate to enforce this contract. Any action to enforce this
contract shall be filed in the circuit of Lewis County, Wa. Buyer herby waves all right to a trial by jury. Payments with credit
card-Buyer agrees to pay 3% convenience fee. Owner Responsible for damage to underground utilities and improvements.
Buyer is solely responsible for locating,staking, and clearly marking property lines. PNW Fence and Gate will notify the
appropriate Washington State one call network to locate underground facilities. Buyer is solely responsible for locating,
marking, and repairing all damaged underground improvements or obstructions, including sprinkler systems and private
Lines. If buyer elects to install any/all of the materials in an area-encompassing a utility easement, buyer agrees to pay all
cost incurred by PNW Fence and Gate including, but not limited to removing or relocation of the underground facility.
