According to our records, your CAO administration fee for study in 2025 has not yet been received. As
soon as the FULL administration fee is received, Institutions will have access to your application to
make early selection decisions. Don’t miss out.

Don’t delay, Pay the administration fee today!

There are TWO ways of making payment:

1. Pay online at www.cao.ac.za

On the homepage, click on ‘Payments’ on the top menu bar
• Enter your CAO number and follow the prompts
or
On the homepage, click on ‘Check My Application’
• Enter your CAO or ID Number and click ‘Submit’

or
2. Pay at any EasyPay outlet
e.g. Shoprite, Checkers, Pick n Pay, Woolworths, Boxer, etc.
• If you have forgotten your CAO number or EasyPay number:
• Log onto www.cao.ac.za
• Click on ‘Check My Application’ and enter your ID number
Your personal details with your unique EasyPay number will now be displayed on your screen.
