In the present simple negative form, there are two third-person singular auxiliary verbs: isn't
or doesn't.

Isn't is used with adjectives or nouns.

Examples: My mum isn't angry. She isn't a doctor.

Doesn't is used with a second verb in the infinitive form.

Examples: Gabriel doesn't work in an office. Rosa doesn't eat vegetables.
