SUBJECT : MURDER

On May 28, 2023 about 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon a shooting incident transpired at Barangay
San Juan Norte Manabo, Abra wherein the victim named Peter Santiago Juan was killed the
reason is envy because he is more favorable of the boss than the other and the witness was his
friend named Justine Carl Mia, was shot by the suspect Harry Legaspi Belisario, co-workers, he
waited in the woods for his target and shot him there the victim sustained multiple gunshot
wounds in the different parts of the body. The suspect was arrested at his house during hot-
pursuit operation conducted, he is now under the custody of Manabo Police Station for
investigation and proper disposition after that he is serving his sentence for the crime he
committed in New Billibid Prison, Muntinlupa City Jail.
