necessaryrepairs,andtocompensatesaidsubjectcontractorswhendueall
claimsforlaborperformedandmaterialsfurnishedthereto;toenforceall
lawsrelativetotheProperty“Premises”orrequiringanyalterationsor
improvementstobemade;toenforceactionsthatremovewastefromthe
propertyandtocommandandenforceallsubjectstoactiontodoallother
