‭necessary‬‭repairs,‬‭and‬‭to‬‭compensate‬‭said‬‭subject‬‭contractors‬‭when‬‭due‬‭all‬
‭claims‬‭for‬‭labor‬‭performed‬‭and‬‭materials‬‭furnished‬‭thereto;‬‭to‬‭enforce‬‭all‬
