Import Combined Demurrage and Detention in Vietnam

Export Detention in Vietnam

Notes:
1. Import combined demurrage and detention (IB DND) is calculated at 00:00AM from the next
day of Last Vessel Arrival at sea port or from the next day of Last Hub Last Arrival at inland
facility till the day of empty return to carrier’s designated facility.
2. Export detention (OB DET) is calculated at 00:00AM from the first day of empty pick-up till the
day of full gated-in.
3. The tariff is calculated by calendar day, i.e. including Saturdays, Sundays & National Holidays.

4. The tariff does not include any storage and reefer charges at port or inland facility, all these
charges should be paid by customer separately.
5. Whatever CY or Door, all shipments are complied with the tariff.
6. Other special equipment like FS/OC/OM/OH/FQ/OQ/SR is equivalent to OT/FL/PL.
7. Terminated/Canceled export bookings will not be afforded free time and the calculation of
detention will be started from empty pickup to empty return
8. Effective date: January 22nd, 2024.
