The LAC session started with a prayer led Ms, Josephine B. Vicente followed by the
checking of attendance by Ms. Charlene D. Vergara and opening remarks by Ms. Morena L.
Mulitas, MT I, Subject Coordinator. The following agenda were discussed:

1. Result of LOA
The AP grade level teachers discussed the results of LOA for the First
Quarterv. It was suggested that the subject teachers must conduct interventions for
learners who were not able to reach the needed competency for the said quarter.

2. Plan for Intervention Activities

Subject teachers were required to submit the list of intervention activities
for the least mastered learners which were aligned in the learning competencies.

It was ended at 12:20 am and was ended by a closing remarks by Alma L. Hernandez,
School LAC Coordinator and Master Teacher II, a closing prayer by Ms. Myla A. Cortez.
