Election Rules For AGAA Officers For DY 2023
B. Where:
1) For F2F Voters. Votes shall be cast through secret ballot at the AGAA Office,
Alimango St., Blue Beach Subd., Bonuan Gueset, Dagupan City.
2) For Online Voters.
a) Google forms. The link shall be posted at the AGAA group chat & in its official FB
account a day before the election, or on February 10, 2023.
b) Email. Send to lgenev54@gmail.com on the day of the election during the
designated voting hours.
c) Private message. Send to Facebook Messenger account of Sis Sec. Geneva
Lapeña (Geneva Benice Lapeña)
D. Qualifications of Candidates:
**See list to be posted at AGAA GC & FB page by AGAA Treasurer & Secretary.
2. Candidates must be personally present during the general membership meeting
and elections on February 11, 2023. No absentee voting for candidates.
4. Filing fees:
a. President: Php1000.00
b. VPs Php750.00
c. All other positions Php500.00

E. Qualifications of Voters:
1. All AGAA members in good standing. A member in good standing is one who
has:
a. Paid the one-time membership fee of Php500.00 ;*
b. Paid at least six (6) monthly dues (Php100/month) for DY 2021-2023;* and,
c. An updated/renewed APO national ID.
F. The decision of the Election Committee shall be final and executory in all questions
regarding the qualifications of candidates and voters, manner of election, counting
of votes, proclamation of winners, and others matters relative to the conduct of this
